5 minute power lunch recipes

Packed with nutrients, easy to make, 5 minute lunches.

Healthy, Easy, Tasty.

First recipe: Mexican salad bowl 

Toss in red beans, maize, salad, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and olives in a bowl. Mix with olive oil, lime, salt, and peper and voila! It's protein rich, filling, packed with nutrients and veggies. For all the avocado lovers out there, top up with some avocado cubes or a homemade guacamole. 


Exercise inspiration

Podcast tips for walking, online yoga class tips, the best 7 minute work-out and more. Physical activity help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins

So let's start with my personal favourite: Super Soul Conversations. A combination of new podcasts and older recording from Oprah talking to inspiring artist, leaders, healthcare professionals and authors. Sharing new insides every time. I love all the different perspectives it offers and this podcast definitely helps me to get more steps in every day. 

Selfcare tips

Selfcare has been truly on my priority list the last view months. While moving houses and offices there wasn't much time to relax so taking care of yourself can quickly become less of a priority even if busy times are the most important times to truly get in a routine and take care of yourself, your body and your health. 

For me selfcare exist of three things: 

1. Mental health 

2. Physical health 

3. Skin health 

This month I'll be sharing my tips and tricks for all of the above starting with my skin health.
