1 tbsp Yamba Moringa Powder
2 cups flour
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
2 cups milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Topping

Fruits of your choice
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp honey
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

How to make

1. Combine milk, vinegar, and oil.
2. Sift in a bowl together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and moringa powder.
3. Put together the two mixes in one bowl and mix
4. Bake the pancakes in medium heated pan until nice and brownish
5. Add the whipping cream, honey, grated lemon and lemon juice to a bowl and mix until it's a nice cream.
6. Add toppings to the pancakes
